RED LABEL YAMAHA YZ85 PROJECT: TWO-STROKE TUESDAY

On this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday we have something for all the little rippers to drool over. Our Red Label Yamaha YZ85 project was a lot of work but worth it. Products from Worx and Seal Saver are featured in 2-Stroke Hardware and 2-Stroke Theater is packed full of 250cc machines. Our YZ85 project was built for Ivan who is the son of Overdriven Performance owner Brandon. This machine was a complete rebuild from the ground-up with the crew at Red Label graphics putting the finishing touches on it.

STI Tech-2 tire are used to get all that Yamaha YZ85 power to the ground.

Boyesen clutch cover, FMF exhaust, Samco silicone radiator hoses, Specbolt Nicke Wurks bolts and a lot of attention to detail went into the power-plant on this build.

The Specbolt Nickel Wurks bolts really pop against the black coated cases. The boyesen Rad Valve system also adds some much needed performance.

 

Faster USA built a set of custom wheels featuring their billet hubs anodized red, black Excel rims, stainless-steel spokes and anodized blue nipples.

Pro-Tec handled all the suspension heavy lifting and Overdriven Performance who specialize in classic car restorations put the bike build together.
