The 2018 TM125 comes straight out of a small town on the Italian countryside and we give you a close up look on this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday brought to you by Boyesen. TM produces a small number of 125cc motocross bikes each year and everyone is hand built in their Italian factory. Ralf Schmidt at TM Racing USA makes minor changes for media outlets that include Dunlop tires, custom numberplate graphics and Renthal products but everything else is OEM.

The TM125 sandcast cases just add to that factory feel and the cylinder features a third generation electronic power valve all feed by a Keihin carburetor. As you can see the clutch is hydraulic and uses Brembo components.

Front braking power is provided by Brembo components and in the rear Nissin components are utilized.

HGS complete exhaust systems and a Mototassinari Vforce reed cage come stock on the TM125. The engine is designed to be a screamer.

Just like the brakes suspension is an interesting combination. Up front are Kayaba components similar to what Yamaha uses but in the rear is a shock built in-house by TM Racing.

This is one of those machines that can be admired for hours just sitting on the stand. When you look closer top quality components like Brembo, Nissin, Kayaba, HGS, Mototassinari, Keihin and Excel adorn this machine.
