2019 YZ250X & YZ250FX: 2-STROKE VS. 4-STROKE

Two-stroke vs. four-stroke? Which Yamaha 250 is better in the woods of the South? We visit Union, South Carolina, home of the Ampro Yamaha off-road team where we ride the 2019 Yamaha YZ250X two-stroke and the 2019 YZ250FX four-stoke. Both bikes are offered concurrently in the Yamaha line for 2019, and both are allowed in the same class at most off-road racing venues. The debate will doubtlessly rage on, but the red clay of the South provided a perfect backdrop for a back to back comparison.
