Beta hires Johnny Murphree

Tim Pilg from American Beta is proud to announce the hiring of Johnny Murphree to our dealer development team. Mr. Murphree has an extensive background in the motorcycle industry including a successful career in the AMA National Flat Track series.

“I am looking forward to the new challenges this position will present. I am excited to be working with the people at American Beta, and look forward to helping them grow their presence in the U.S. market”. Murphree states.

American Beta is the US importer of handcrafted Beta motorcycles from Florence, Italy including the RR and RS line of competition off road and dual sport models. American Beta currently has 20 dealerships nationwide and will grow its dealer base to 35 by the middle of 2009.

“It is a great feeling to have Mr. Murphree aboard our team. His experience and enthusiasm will bring many things to the table for our dealer network. Johnny’s first job at hand is to add to our current dealer network. Beta has an outstanding product line of motorcycles, we just need to focus on getting the word out to potential customers.” Pilg said.
