In this weeks Two Stroke Tuesday brought to you by www.rydcrew.com we take a up close look at our 2005 KTM 300 EXC rebuild project, give you another chance to check out the 2017 Gas Gas 300 Enduro and rip around a World Championship winning Suzuki RM250 two stroke.

Here is a look at our KTM 300 rebuild project that was a complete ground up restoration .

The engine was rebuilt using a Wrench Rabbit kit and the cylinder was repaired by Millennium Technologies.

A Trail Tech headlight was used just in case our trail time didn’t stop when the sun went down.

Hand guards are a must for any serious offroad machine. We used Cycra Pro Bend wrap around guards.

We installed a larger IMS tank to increase the distance we could travel before having to fill up. More gas means more fun correct ?
