Major score in the second race in the MX World Series in Thailand
Maser (Treviso), 10 March, 2014 –Tony Cairoli (KTM) captured the spotlight in Thailand. If there were any doubt as to who is number one on the World motocross scene, the Sicilian wonder has a straight answer. After the third place he gained a week ago in the inaugural race inQatar, Tony Cairoli racked up another full 50 points on the Si Racha circuit last Sunday, owning race1 and race2 in the final standings for the Grand Prix to become the leader in the MXGP World Championship. Places of honor went to Belgians Clement Desalle and Jeremy Van Horebeek.
As always, Cairoli stood out in the race and on the podium with his Sidi Crossfire2 boots, the number one in off road footwear. Cairoli is no longer suffering from pain to his ankle from the accident he had in the Italian Internationals at Montevarchi, so the race for his eighth World Title is in full swing.
