After Spain and Portugal Cervantes also owns the Greek GP
Maser (Treviso), 13 May, 2014 –Enduro has its master and he goes by the name of Ivan Cervantes (KTM). After dominating the first two world series tests in the E3 class in Spain and Portugal, Cervantes also captured the Greek GP that took place in Kalambaka last weekend. Australian Matthew Phillips and Frenchman Mathias Bellino, who are also his closest rivals in the championship rankings, tried their best to put up a fight but in the end both of them had to settle for places of honor on the podium.
As always Cervantes was accompanied in the race and on the podium by his Sidi Crossfire2 Srs (Sole Replacement System) boots featuring the Enduro sole.
Sidi’s success in Greece was completed by Frenchman Johnny Aubert (Beta) who had a good test in the E2 class that got him third place in the Gran Prix and also consolidated his third place in the world series standings.
The 2014 Enduro World Series will return to the stage next June 7th and 8th with the GP in Heinola, Finland for the race marking the halfway point in the championship.
