Steve Hengeveld and F2 racing announced today that they will make a land speed record attempt at Bonneville this August aboard a CRF450R. ‘It will definitely be the world’s fastest dirt bike, but should also set the FIM and AMA records as well. We are looking to go 150 mph on a bike that I could just change gearing on, and race a BITD event on the next day.
