PEG ADJUSTMENT: MR. KNOW-IT-ALL

HIGH OR LOW?
Dear Mr. Know-It-All,

I am installing some Fastway Evolution pegs on my machine and am wondering which position to put the pegs in? The collar provided allows you to run them either in the stock position or a lower position. Have you had any experience with this?

This ergonomic choice is all based on personal preference and your size. Taller riders really appreciate the additional legroom that the 5mm lower pegs give them, but another gain comes in the fact that they are set back 5mm, and larger riders usually have bigger boots, so the additional foot room from peg to shifter is welcomed. Riders looking to have better control over rear-tire bite love the 5mm-back setup. Trials riders are used to this. Also, one of our testers who is on the smaller side loves the back and low peg setup. Because the Fastway system is easy to change, try it both ways and see if you can feel the difference.
