POSITIVES: Free return shipping within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii, is included in the price of the complete boot resole. There’s also a fast repair turnaround. Our boots arrived to them on a Monday and we had them back for riding that weekend. All repairs come with a craftsmanship guarantee. Cleaning and a new steel toe was included with our Sidi X-3 resole at no extra cost.

NEGATIVES: They currently do not resole newer Alpinestars Tech 5 or Tech 6S youth boots.
