MOTOFAB INDUSTRIES 2018 KX250 AF 2-STROKE PROJECT: TWO STROKE TUESDAY

Early in the mock-up stages owner of MotoFab Industries Howie Jenkins is just making sure everything fits together before welding starts.

The air box is a little 2018 KX250F with some 2005 KX250 and them some custom fabricated carbon fiber all mixed into one very clean configuration .

Coil mounting somewhere out of the way and safe from the elements. This will be covered by the radiator shroud on the outside for a clean look.

Here is a quick look at the finished product assembled by the MotoFab customer. Send MotoFab the parts for modifications and it comes back with everything needed to drop in you’re 2-Stroke engine.

MotoFab CNC machines the fuel pump block off plate so a fuel petcock bolts right in.

More custom electrical mounting. This is for the black box mounting right behind the from number plate.

More mock-up just to make sure everything goes together how it should. Surprisingly the Pro Circuit exhaust is right off the shelf with no modification.

For around $2,000 MotoFab Industries can take the 2017-2019 KX250F chassis and make it KX250 2-Stroke ready. After seeing this build we have just bought a rolling 4-Stroke chassis and it will be headed to Howie and the crew next week. Stay tuned for more!
