Mechanix Wear®, creator of the first high performance work glove designed specifically for mechanics presented Team Monster/Pro Circuit Kawasaki mechanic James “Bones” Bacon with their annual Outstanding Achievement Award at round 5 of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series in Anaheim, CA on Saturday February 2^nd.

Each year the Mechanix Wear Outstanding Achievement Award is presented to professional racing mechanics and crews that have enjoyed significant success in their field and have displayed outstanding professionalism and sportsmanship throughout their career.

James Bacon has been the suspension specialist at Pro Circuit since the company’s inception in the early 1980’s. “Bones”, as he is more commonly known, has been instrumental in Pro Circuit’s success as a team. In 2005, they won both championships in the supercross Lites class, the Lites outdoor championship, and Motocross des Nations.
