Mike “Junior” Lafferty has been doing exactly what he set out to do this season in the National Enduro Series, that being to destroy the competition. Eight races later and five wins in the bag, Lafferty leads the ever-consistent Randy Hawkins by 43 points. How large of an advantage is that? To give you some sort of idea, Mike could sip a cup of tea at each checkpoint and still most-likely win. With two rounds left in the series, Lafferty has a stranglehold on the title. The series takes a two-week break before heading to Greenville, South Carolina for the Greenville Enduro.
