We give you an exclusive look at an insanely clean 1994 Honda CR125R project for Jessy Nelson built by Moto Whips on this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday brought to you by Boyesen. This bike will be a big part of a very special day for the Nelson family this weekend. Products from FMF and Fasst Company are featured in the Hardware section while 2-Stroke Theater is packed full of premix burning machines. Honda steel frame mafia members won’t want to miss the exclusive link to our 1995 CR250R at the bottom of this post!

Everyone knows Jessy spent a lot of his amateur career on a Honda and 1994 was the year he was born so when he found this bike it was meant to be. Originally it was going to be a fun restoration but he quickly realized help would be needed. Thats when Jessy called Justin Myerson from Moto Whips and teamed up with 805. Decal Works topped the build off with a completely custom graphics kit and all black seat cover.

The front-end is off a newer Honda four-stroke that Moto Whips color coated to match the bikes theme. Those clamps feature modified steering stops and an exclusive ceramic based coating done by Moto Whips.

Just like with every bike we have featured built by Moto Whips the attention to detail leaves us scratching our heads in disbelief. The engine was completely rebuilt and coated in a few different finishes and we have no idea how Moto Whips gets all the raw parts so clean.

This swingarm assembly is cleaner than most new bikes sitting on showroom floors and the 805 bottle cap is a nice touch.

The old school Pro Circuit silencer is a perfect addition to the build and looks cleaner than it did when it was brand new!

The brake calipers are coated with a bronze Cerakote on both ends. For more information on all the coatings on this build contact Justin at Moto Whips.

Coating on one side and raw factory look on the other. If you look close at the air boot you notice there is a machined piece that was definitely not stock. This build uses a Mikuni carburetor instead of the Keihen that was stock.

The hubs have a shinny candy-apple red finish that really pop in person.

This machine will be on display at Jessy and Emily’s wedding this weekend and you know the 805 brews will be flowing. Thanks to Jessy, Justin at Moto Whips and 805 for letting us be a small part of this project.

The Fasst Company Spoke Torque Wrench takes all the guesswork out of wheel and spoke maintenance. The spoke torque wrench comes pre-set at 48 inch pounds, but can be adjusted anywhere from 10-100 inch pounds. Multiple interchangeable head sizes including spline drive are available in an easy to carry padded case and the tool itself is backed by a lifetime warranty.

FMF has just released exhaust systems or the all new 2018 Yamaha YZ65 two-stroke. Designed to smooth and broaden the power curve while increasing performance throughout. Constructed of lighter steel the expansion chamber includes o-ring seals and hand pounded seems. Silencers will be available in all the popular FMF models.
