INSIDELINE CONNECT HUSQVARNA TC65: TWO-STROKE TUESDAY

On this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday we give you the first look at our Husqvarna TC65 build with Hapa and the crew over at Insideline Connect. We have a couple 2019 250cc machines and a couple 500cc project bikes for your viewing pleasure in 2-Stroke Theater. 65cc machines are no longer just for riding around camp, they are full race machines and companies are making tons of aftermarket performance products for them. Our latest Husqvarna TC65 build uses items from FMF, ProTaper, P3 Carbon, Dunlop, and much more!

Enzo Racing in Orange County California handles lots of big name Professional riders suspension needs but they also offer services to the general public as well. Ross and his crew dialed in our Husqvarna TC65 for motocross use.

Rekluse Core Manual technology is available for just about anything including the 65cc models from Husqvarna. We added an FMF pipe and shorty silencer for some extra performance.

TM Designworks Factory Edition 1 rear chain guid system for the Husky 65 is literally just a scaled down version of what is made for larger models. The same proprietary materials and designs are used for strength and durability.

The P3 Carbon skid plate provides frame and engine case protection while giving the bike a cool factory look. The same model fits KTM 65 models as well.

ProTaper Micro Handlebar utilizes an advanced, abrupt-taper to give it a smaller diameter in the handhold areas while still maintaining a ⅞” diameter throughout the clamping and control areas. The kit includes all parts necessary to complete the conversion.

Internally not many changes were made to our TC65 but we did instal a complete Boyesen Rad Valve system and cast aluminum factory racing ignition cover.

Scaled down version of a factory race bike? Yep pretty much! Just about everything available for full size motocross bikes are now available for the little rippers machine. The crew at Factory Effex topped the build off with a semi-custom graphics and we matched that to an SDG gripper seat cover.

The Boyesen Rad Valve System for the Husqvarna TC65 features a patented, one piece, cast aluminum Reed Block system that delivers guaranteed bolt on performance. Carb boot, Carb boot clamp and gasket provided. No modifications required.

FASTER USA MINI WHEEL SETS

Faster USA now makes their hub 100% in house out of US certified billet aluminum and offer a full one year warranty on them. Laced and trued at the factory with high quality components. The hubs accept OEM seals, bearings, spacers and spokes. Spacers sold with each wheel are made of 7075 T6 aluminum.
