Amherst, OH- Husaberg North America, a division of KTM Motorsports, Inc, extended their contract with National Enduro rider, Nick Fahringer through the 2008 race season.
Husaberg signed Fahringer in September during the 2007 AMA National Enduro season with a commitment through the duration of the season. Based on his solid performance, Husaberg and Fahringer agreed to extend their contract through the 2008 season.
In 2007, Fahringer finished fifth in the AMA National Enduro Series which is two positions up from his 2006 7th place overall finish. For 2008, Fahringer will continue to compete aboard the Husaberg FE450e in the AMA National Enduro series as well as the OMA series. Fahringer is happy to be a part of the 2008 Husaberg team. “The last two enduro rounds helped me get comfortable on my bike. I feel great on my Husaberg and am excited to see what the 2008 season will bring,” commented Fahringer.
“We are very excited to have Nick on a Husaberg again in 2008 competing in both the AMA National Enduro and also the OMA series. With Nick’s natural riding talent, dedication to the sport and the performance of the Husaberg FE450e we are looking forward to a great season,” stated John Hinz of Husaberg North America.
