The day started out perfect for Adam Cianciarulo, qualifying fastest this morning and winning the first 250 class moto, but Dylan Ferrandis put an end to it all by taking the second moto win and the overall victory. The day wasn’t completely spoiled, though, since Ferrandis and Cianciarulo tied in points, preventing any loss to Adam’s points gap he came into Unadilla with. Chase Sexton found himself back up on the podium in both motos, finishing third outright on the day, as well. Here’s how the rest of the riders finished out their day’s: (For extended coverage of the 2019 Unadilla National MX, click here.)

250 Moto One
Justin Cooper got the motos rolling today by grabbing the holeshot and leading the early stages of the race. A mistake in the Unadilla rollers sent him off the bike and onto the ground, allowing Adam Cianciarulo around him and into the lead. 250 Moto Two
The streak reigns true, if Dylan Ferrandis gets a good start he will finish up front. Well, he got a good start in moto two, grabbing the holeshot and ended up taking both the moto win and the overall. Adam Cianciarulo was able to challenge for the lead the whole race, closing in and extending the gap between the two riders a few times, but came up literally a second short from the win. Chase Sexton got into the mix a bit, too, at times making it look like he would pass Adam for second, but he would stay back in third at the finish. Justin Cooper started up front in front of both Cianciarulo and Sexton, but he fell behind the hard charging duo. Rookie Jett Lawrence rebounded from a 21st in moto one to finish ninth in the second.
