On this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday we are giving you the first look at our TM250 build that was just completed. We have products from Vee Moto Tires and IMS featured in the 2-Stroke Hardware section and 2-Stroke Theater as always is packed full of premix burning machines for your viewing pleasure. Don’t miss the exclusive link to our insane KTM125SX build at the bottom of this post.

TM Racing USA built this project bike for us using a few brands that they have worked with in the US and around the world to make specific aftermarket bolt-on items. These brands include Faster USA, Pro Circuit, Extreme Carbon , TM Designs  and ARC Levers just to highlight a few.

The Faster USA built wheel set features their CNC machined billet aluminum hubs, stainless steel spokes and gold Excel rims wrapped in Dunlop’s brand new MX33 tires on both ends.

Sand cast cases straight from Italy and a ton of carbon fiber parts from Extreme Carbon make our TM250 project look like a factory race machine.

TM USA works closely with Pro Circuit and has pipes available for most of their models. We used a” Works” style pipe and this R-304 Factory Sound silencer on this build.

Motoseat is another company TM USA works with and they came up with this custom seat cover to match the color scheme of this project.

Extreme Carbon is based in Europe and has been working with TM USA on a ton of items for over a year now. These are just a few of the items that will be available to the public very soon through TM USA.

Keeping the trick theme going we used Neken SFH handlebar with a carbon fiber overlay.

Sometime the issue with buying a bike like a TM250 is not many aftermarket companies make products for them so customizing or just keeping the bike going is tough. The crew at TM USA is trying to change all that and is working with a variety of companies around the world to make sure that parts are available for their models. As you can see with this project it’s working !

The OEM KTM/Husqvarna oil fill cap on the TPI bikes is big and sticks out of the frame making it almost impossible to mount a larger tank. IMS has just released a low profile version with a smaller billet aluminum allowing the use of a larger tank.
