The WORCS series made the trek to Hollister Hills in Northern California and Team Kawasaki completed dominated the action. John Morros, in his first race in the Pro class, grabbed the start and set the pace for the first hour  of the event. Eventually his teammate Ricky Diertrich nudged him out of the way, yanking out a strong victory. CCR rider Bobby Bonds charged from a mid pack gate, sucked in a bogging Morros, who seemed to have spent his vigor in the beginning. The green trio ended up taking the podium positions. Kurt Caselli had a miserable day, suffering from a virus where he was forced to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. He barely made the start, and then had to call it quits at the half way point. Arik Swan, a Santa Cruz racer showed great speed and battled to an excellent 4th overall finish. In the Pro 2 Class Corey Floyd bested Taylor Robert, who probably thought that he had it dialed with Morros bumping to the big boy class.
