On this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday we give you the first look at something we can guarantee you have never seen before, BBR Motorsports built this one-off Yamaha YZ125 Supermini for Dirt Bike Magazine test rider Carson Brown. This machine took BBR over 300 hours to build and has more custom built or aftermarket parts on it than we have seen in a long time!

Custom aluminum gas tank, aluminum frame built from billet with dimensions based off a big-wheel YZ85, hand-built swingarm and BBR linkage are just some of the things featured on this insane build.

The gas tank was built three different times to get the exact lines that the crew at BBR Motorsports wanted. They goal was to have it resemble the OEM model so it didn’t change the overall styling of the machin and flowed with the stock YZ85 plastics.

A Motostuff billet front brake system was used mounted on an older style KTM85 fork set up.

The YZ125 engine fits so good inside the custom BBR Motorsports frame that at first we didn’t even realize it was a 125cc engine.

BBR Motorsports used Xtrig ROCS clamps to mount up the KTM 85 fork.

AN off the shelf Pro Circuit YZ125 exhaust system was used for a couple different reasons. 1, it made fabrication of the mounts easier and 2, it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when Carson Brown smashes the pipe it will be way easier to replace .

In true BBR Motorsports style this machine is truly one of a kind! The longer you look at it the more trick details you will find.
