250 NATIONAL MX STANDINGS AFTER THUNDER VALLEY

With three rounds in the books, Adam Cianciarulo and Justin Cooper are starting to really gap the rest of the field. The two are only separated by six points, but from Justin to his teammate, Dylan Ferrandis, in third is almost a 30 point gap. Purely off of overall wins, you might think Cianciarulo has control of this championship, but his overalls have really only come thanks to earning the better second moto finish. He and Justin Cooper have been pretty even so far this year, being the only riders in the 250 class to actually win a moto, and neither of them have won both motos at one race. The excitement will be set on hold, though, as there is a one week break until the fourth round at High Point in Pennsylvania. The rest of the points standings for the 250 class are below.
