Josh Toth was the winner of round three of the 2019 Full Gas Sprint Enduro Series at I-81 Motorsports Park in Greenville, Tennessee. The FMF/KTM rider won four of the 12 tests during the course of the two-day event and topped runner-up Kailub Russell by 23 seconds after two days of tight racing.
Toth was the benefactor of a second-test mistake on Saturday by Russell, who overshot a turn and got tangled up in a fence. That put him fairly far behind, and despite posting the best overall score on Sunday, Russell had to settle for second in the weekend’s final standings. Third was Thad Duvall, who won a test on Saturday, and then crashed in four others. Duvall won another test on Sunday. Points are awarded on a day-by-day basis, so Russell has a decisive lead in the standings, having won four of the six days so far. He has a total of 166 points over Duvall’s 130 and Toth’s 125.
