Round 8 of the 2019 National Hare & Hound series hosted by the 100’s MC was a weekend full of action packed racing . Jacob Argubright made it to the finish line first aboard his Off-Road Support backed Kawasaki earning him some much needed points towards his first ever NH&H championship. Beta rider Joe Wasson had a tough day eventually finishing 5th overall and trails Argubright by ten points headed into the final round. The series final round is scheduled for October 12-13 and will be hosted by the Checkers MC.
The youth presence in NH&H racing is growing and we are happy to see the KC66 Foundation being so involved.
Brandy Richard took the checkered flag first in the Women’s Pro class followed by Beta mounted Morgan Tanke and Rachel Stout.
Yamaha mounted Daemon Woolslayer won the Pro-2 class followed by JCR Hondas Preston Campbell and 3-Bros Racing Shane Logan
Series veteran Nick Burson put his Purvines Yamaha on the overall podium in third. Burson led for a bit but could not match the speed of Shirey or Argubright.
Dalton Shirey put a solid race together aboard his 3-Bros Racing Husqvarna and claimed runner up honors.
Jacob Argubright came from back in the pack to claim the win at the penultimate round of the 2019 season and gain valuable points towards his first NH&H championship.
