2018 NATIONAL RESULTS THUNDER VALLEY
The 450 class Moto 1 started off with a red flag due to a crash involving Kyle Chisolm. After the restart Ken Roczen grabbed the holeshot and was leading until Eli Tomac made the pass and took the win. Moto two was about the same story with Ken taking the lead off the start, Tomac would chase him down and take the win and overall. Blake Baggett edged out Marvin Musquin for 3rd overall on the day.

In moto one, rookie Justin Cooper got the holeshot, He rode impressively with this being only his 3rd national. Later in the moto he was chased down by Joey Savatgy, he would get passed and Joey seemed to have the moto in the bag. Late in the moto, however, his Pro Circuit Kawasaki had a mechanical issues and the motor blew up giving the lead and the moto win to Justin Cooper. In moto two, Joey had more bad luck as he was involved in a big first turn pile up, Zack Osborne was also collected in this crash. The Martin brothers got though clean and battled for 1st. Jeremy Martin took the moto and Overall win.
