2006 MINI MOTO SX ROCKS THE ORLEANS ARENA

Another epic Mini Moto SX ripped up the Orleans arena in Las Vegas Nevada, marking the third year for the event. With 550 entries and a track with all 180 degree corners, the racing was intense and action packed. Last years 10’Expert winner David Pingree tired his hardest to win again but Michael Blose was hauling. Pingree and Derek Costella battled it out all the way to the finish line, almost taking each other out. In the end Blose won, Costella finished second and Pingree got third. In the 12′ Expert class, McGrath grabbed the holeshot and looked like he might check out until the wild and fast BBR rider Derek Costella, started reeling him in. In a great battle, Costella got by McGrath and was able to hold him off until the end, taking the win. The Mini Moto has classes for all riders so don’t miss signing up for next years event and check out coverage in the August issue of Dirt Bike Magazine.
