In this week’s Two-Stroke Tuesday presented by Boyesen, there is another sneak peek at what we will be testing very soon. MotoFab Industries has an interesting YZ325 build that we can’t wait to ride. Two-Stroke Hardware is packed with products crucial for 2-stroke survival items and 2-stroke Theater features our favorite YZ250 projects. Scroll all the way down to see some shots we grabbed of Ricky Carmichael’s factory CR250R while on a trip to Honda’s corporate offices last week.

This 325 was built by the MotoFab owner to race at this year’s “King Of The Motos.” Howie had some issues smashing his foot on day one but the bike ran perfect.

A Rekluse clutch and FMF Gnarly pipe with loads of protection are a must for any extreme enduro.

The MotoFab 325 features lots of specially machined parts like ignition cover, cylinder, engine mounts and check out that head. There will be much more to come on this build.

TWO-STROKE HARDWARE:

Barnett clutch baskets are CNC machined from the most durable aluminum available and we attach our patented “Second Generaton” stainless steel inserts which are 50% harder than before for extreme durability and to virtually eliminate grooving of the basket fingers. Precision machined oil passage windows allow more oil flow for cooler operating temperatures and longer clutch life. It all adds up to extremely smooth shifting and incredible durability even under the harshest conditions.

The Ti-2 Shorty Carbon Kevlar/Titanium Silencer is the latest piece of racing technology we offer and is guaranteed to be a favorite for most two-stroke riders. The Ti-2 is similar to the popular R-304 Silencer except it is constructed with a carbon Kevlar shell, titanium tubing and titanium end-caps. The titanium and carbon Kevlar construction offers the “factory” look and appearance while reducing weight. The Ti-2 is for closed-course racing only.

Features:

  • Optimum performance gains
  • Carbon Kevlar silencer body
  • Titanium tubing and end-cap
  • Double-walled aluminum mounting brackets
  • Closed-course racing only
  • Made in the USA

2016-vp-racing-fuels-t2-review

Designed  for today’s modern stock or modified 2-stroke bikes, T2 is pre-mixed at a 40:1 ratio with a top quality JASO FD-rated, certified premium oil that, combined with the other fuel components, offers optimum performance. Because it contains no ethanol, T2 prevents repairs needed for ethanol-related problems. This increases the time between rebuilds, extends the life of your engine, and lowers your long-term costs, all while making more power over pump gas.
